The person on the other side
Before you hand anything over, you deserve to know who answers for it. The person responsible for the data on this site is Joerg Dennis Krueger. Reach them via WhatsApp at +57 315 760 7879.
What you leave when you sign up
- When you register: an alias you choose and your email, for event news. You receive a confirmation email; without confirmation within 72 hours we delete both.
- Before some events: your full name and ID number (cédula de ciudadanía), only if the venue requires a guest list for the building management. You get a personal link by email. Only through it, and only with your express agreement, you enter name and ID number.
No endless forms: your alias keeps you in the loop, and the ID number only appears when the building's front desk demands a list.
Why the extra formality
A list with your name at this event touches your sexual life (article 5 of Ley 1581 de 2012). These data are sensitive. That is why we ask for express consent (article 6), answering is voluntary (article 12), and we keep proof (article 9).
What leaves this site, and what never does
The only handover to a third party is the guest list for the management of the event building. It carries only your name and ID number. Not your alias, not your email, not one word about the kind of event.
Locked away, deleted on schedule
Your name and ID number travel encrypted and are only opened to assemble that list. Thirty days after the event they are wiped automatically, with nobody needing to remember, and the wipe is logged.
What you can ask for at any time
As the data subject you can access, update, correct and delete your data and revoke your consent at any time. Write via WhatsApp at +57 315 760 7879.
Counting visits without watching you
Visits are measured with Umami, our own software on our own server: no cookies, nothing handed to third parties. Noted are the page opened, the referring page, the approximate country, the browser, the operating system and the screen size.
Your IP address is not stored. It only feeds a daily, irreversible checksum that keeps one day's repeat visits from counting twice. With Do Not Track enabled, you are not counted.
