Living together
These rules apply to everyone at modopup events, including the responsible person.
- Consent: a no always counts; ask before touching.
- Adults: only people over 18 years, no exceptions.
- Lobby and hallways: behave as at any social gathering, in street clothes.
- Photos: no recognizable face without written consent.
- Quiet hours: the building's quiet hours are respected.
Consent
All contact and play needs a clear yes. Silence is not a yes. If you are unsure, ask. If you change your mind in the middle of play, you stop, and the play stops.
Photos and faces
By default, nothing is published. If you want to stay out of any image, you stay out. If you appear in a photo, you can ask for it to be deleted.
Alcohol
Alcohol is not the center of the event. It is consumed in moderation and only outside of play. Nobody enters the mosh or any play dynamic under the effects of alcohol.
If someone breaks the rules
Whoever breaks a rule gets a warning. If they insist, they leave the event and the guest list. Whoever ignores another person's consent leaves immediately and does not come back. Problems are reported during the event or afterwards on WhatsApp. At the start, the responsible person repeats these rules.
